Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Restocking Fee:
VibraWav will apply a 20% restocking fee for merchandise that is returned within 30 days.
Return Procedure:
All customers must request in writing if they wish to return merchandise. Requests for returns must be accompanied by the following:
• Product Item Number
• Date of purchase and copy of invoice
• Reason for return
Processing & Approval:
Upon approval, VibraWav will generate an RMA number and issue to the customer. All shipping charges for returned merchandise will be the responsibility of the customer unless charges have been waived by the company. Once merchandise is received back into VibraWav’s inventory the RMA will be reconciled and a refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Products must be returned in the original packaging. Customer will be responsible for any damage that occurs while in the customer’s possession. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.
