Shipping Time – All products will be shipped daily, from Monday through Friday, provided an order is placed before 2:00 p.m. EST.
Shippers – Shippers include Federal Express (FedEx) and United Parcel Service (UPS) depending upon container size and weight.
Shipment Tracking – Available from the shipper.
Free Shipping – Free shipping may be offered from time to time as part of a special promotion.
Shipping Damage or loss – Obviously damaged containers should be refused delivery. If damage is noted following the product’s delivery, the customer should make a damage claim directly to the shipper.
Customers will bear all risk of loss beginning from the time the product leaves VibraWav’s shipping dock.
Shipping insurance – Available from the shipper, by customer request.
Post-delivery Inspection – The customer agrees to thoroughly examine the product and its shipping papers, and to notify VibraWav of any shortages within five business days from the date the shipment was delivered. VibraWav will use its best efforts to resolve any shortages.
